All of my coaching packages include a complimentary initial consultation.   In working with me, you can expect responsive email communication, access to the ‘Rise Up’ Facebook Group where you will benefit from the support and inspiration of other members who are empowered to realize their personal or professional goals,  and recommendations if you feel you need further professional support.  Your complimentary consultation is at no cost to you. 

You may want to vent your feelings, clear a block or strategize around one specific topic.  A sounding board is a safe space to process emotions or judgments you may have and receive objective feedback.  This condensed 30-minute session enhances needed focus and attention, which can lead to success, save time and money or provide needed accountability.

Everyone is different – so, too are their dreams and goals, their talents and passions.  My passion is believing we are all capable of more than we think we can do and be.
